Ingredients:
- Brown rice powder - 10g
- All-purpose flour - 30g
- Unsalted butter - 85g
- Bittersweet chocolate - 100g
- Unsweetened Cocoa powder - 15g
- Sugar - 80g
- Brown sugar - 50g
- Vanilla extract - 8g
- Eggs - 2 pcs
Method:
Step 1: Divide chocolate into 2 parts (40g in pieces, 60g for melting) and chop into small pieces
Step 2: Melt the butter from heat
Step 3: Pour the hot butter over the 60g chocolate
Step 4: Whisk until the chocolate is smooth and melted. Set aside
Step 5: Combine the eggs, sugar and brown sugar in a bowl. Beat until light and fluffy.
Step 6: Add vanilla extract, mix well.
Step 7: Pour chocolate and butter mixture and whisk until smooth.
Step 8: Sift the flour and cocoa powder, fold gently until just combined.
Step 9: Add remaining 40g chocolate and blend well.
Step 10: Grease a baking pan with softened butter.
Step 11: Pour the batter into the baking pan.
Step 12: Bake the chocolate brownie in the preheated oven with temperature of 180°C and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 13: Let cool in pan 30 minutes before slicing.
Temperature: 180°C
Baking time: 20 minutes
