Homemade Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • Brown rice powder - 30g
  • All purpose flour - 220g
  • Baking powder - 1tsp
  • Egg - 1pcs
  • Sugar - 60g
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Whole cream milk - 125g
  • Oil - 1.5 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract - 1tsp

 

Method:

Step 1: Mix the egg, sugar, salt, milk and vanilla extract together in a large bowl.

Step 2: Add all purpose flour, brown rice powder and baking powder. Whisk it until you get a smooth batter.

Step 3: Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat.

Step 4: Pour the batter onto the frying pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Until brown on both sides.
