Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account.

However, we do recommend that you create an account if you would like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time.

It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit www.naturesown.com.my and sign up with your email address or social media account.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team at info@oseekerfood.com or contact us at +6012-660 6016 just in case there’s a problem with your order.

Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at info@oseekerfood.com or contact us at +6012-660 6016.

Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The time taken for delivery depends on the courier. For delivery in major cities, it usually takes 3-5 working days to complete delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. Meanwhile, it takes about 4-7 working days for delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

How much does shipping cost?

Peninsular Malaysia:

  • A flat rate shipping fee of RM3.50 will be charged for purchase below RM30.
  • Enjoy FREE shipping with a purchase of RM30 and above.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak):

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the items.

Do you ship internationally?

We're sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations for orders placed online. Customers outside of Malaysia who wish to purchase our products can find our distributors and get from them.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing info@oseekerfood.com or contact us at +6012-660 6016. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

Do you accept Cash-On-Delivery (COD) ?

We regret to inform you that Cash-On-Delivery (COD) option is not available for online orders.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via email at info@oseekerfood.com or contact us at +6012-660 6016 with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

Nature's points can be earned when you made a purchase from Nature's Own official website. 10 points for every RM1 spent.

Nature's points and rewards are displayed in the Rewards section. You can check it by logging in to your existing account and click the "Rewards" icon in the bottom left corner of the website page.

How do I redeem my Nature's points?

You may redeem your Nature's points by clicking the "redeem" button and apply the unique discount code on the checkout page.

What is our Food Safety Policy?

All of our products are certified FSSC22000, HACCP, HALAL and conform to the requirements of Islamic Law and Malaysia Government Regulations.
 
The enhancement in manufacturing technology helps to ensure products quality and food safety programs are implemented effectively. It has also helped us to secure RM 2.5 Million product liability insurance undergoing strict examination and a series of quality tests by MSIG insurance on Nature’s Own® products.
